La Pappardella is no stranger to success, for over 20 years they have been established in London and are also to be found in Puerto Banus and Lanzarote. We want to stress that the food is fantastic and good value for money and the menu has an extensive list of dishes from which to choose, ranging from colourful salads and antipasti to freshly made pizzas and pasta, also there are the chef's suggestions of the day - which are made using fine seasonal produce.

The smell that flows from the traditional pizza oven is irresistible and with 23 different homemade pizzas to choose from you will not be disappointed. There has to be something for everyone, if not, they welcome a suggestion. All their pizzas are made with San Marzano tomatoes, Italian flour and extra virgin olive oil from the olive groves of southern Italy. They have brought over from there, all the goodness and tradition that is lapped up by the Italians who instantly know the difference between a good pizza and a 'fake'! There are of course the classic dishes such as the carpaccio di manzo topped with fresh parmesan shavings and a drizzle of the finest olive oil, spaghetti Bolognese and fetuccine carbonara, risottos, or the lasagne della nonna (which comes with the description "no need for an explanation, suffice to say it is brilliant!") to more inventive pasta dishes such as the butterfly pasta in a rich creamy salmon sauce or linguine with fresh clams or king prawns which are also excellent choices.
